Bayon Temple of Angkor Thom
Passing through South Gate, one straight road among the forest leads us. There are several young postcard peddlers. A set of 10 postcards costs you only US 1 dollar. The quality of the paper and picture is not bad at all. I tell them each postcard of theirs has wings, and flies to many places on the earth where my family and friends are.
We went forward. Then there flows a river. Foliage of tall trees growing from the river banks gives us the shade from both sides of the bridge. In a short walk from the bridge, a broad view opened out before us. Something huge and majestic appeared far ahead with a blue sky behind. We stopped, and stopped our breath, too. IT was Bayon Temple of Angkor Thom.
