お花を付けてしまうといけないので、magガーデンの大根(小根?)を全部収穫。全部と言ってもこれだけ、、、
冬の間大根おろし、煮物、お味噌汁などに重宝。他にも春菊、サンチュ、ルッコラ、赤カブ、白かぶもそこそこに育ち、冬の間の楽しみとなった。野菜価高騰の冬だったようだがあまり実感もなくのほほんと過ごせたのも、小さな菜園の贈り物。
これから甘酢漬けとなる前にカチャリッ!
Before flowers, the radishes of mag’s veg garden have been just harvested.
In Japanese, radish is ‘daikon’, literally ‘big root’. Mine are rather small for
the language. lol
I enjoyed taking one or two each time in need during winter along with
other vegetables of the garden, although Japan experienced a
bitter winter with extraordinarily high vegetable prices from the end of last
year up until a couple of weeks ago. My petit veg garden contributed in that
sense, too.
